Mike and Barbi Marston
We have owned & operated Maz-Tech Automotive since 1989. Mike has worked for Maz-Tech Automotive since 1985. We both enjoy the challenge of working together as a team for over the past 25+ years. When Mike is not at work he enjoys spending his time fabricating and working on Race Cars. He has achieved the top crew chief for our grandsons 5 racing championships. Barbi also enjoys racing. We both enjoy the time we spend with all 6 of our grandchildren. Faith and Family is the most precious thing to both of us. Customer satisfaction is a very high priority to both of us. We are grateful everyday for the trust our customers have placed in the two of us.
Mike Marston – Owner
I have lived in Boise Idaho for 54 years. I have worked as an automotive technician for 36+ years and have owned the business since 1989. I am ASE Master Certified and also ASE Certified in Engine Assembly. I enjoy the challenge of trouble shooting and brain storming problems. Customer satisfaction is a high priority to me. I also enjoy any kind of design and fabrication projects related to the automotive field and working with metal. When I am not at work I spend my time building race cars and hot rods, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Barbi Marston – Owner
I am a Boise native born and raised. I am the owner/office manager of the business and have been since 1989. I enjoy being able to spend my time with Mike every day. I also enjoy the challenge of accomplishing something I have never done before; understanding a problem and then making sure it is resolved. I also enjoy scrapbooking, flower gardening, photography, our grandson’s and Mike’s racing, my family and friends but mostly my 6 grandchildren. To me faith and family is the most precious thing I have.
David Yorita – Automotive Technician
I have lived in Boise for 6 years but lived in Idaho for 20 years. I have also lived in California. I am an ASE Master Certified Technician, Master Chrysler Certified and have worked on vehicles for 30 years. The most important thing about my job is having fun, enjoying what I do with my co-workers and also the challenge of learning new technology in the automotive industry. When I am not at work I spent time practicing Yoga, fishing, hunting and most any outdoor activity. My favorite thing about living in Idaho is having four seasons to enjoy.
Christine Henderson – Admin Assistant
I am a native to Boise. I have worked in the Health Care field as an Administrative Assistant for 5 years and then medical billing for 10 years. I am currently getting my Graphic Design Degree. I enjoy the challenge of learning new things. Also I enjoy bringing fresh, new ideas and enhancing the customers’ experience. The most important thing about my job is helping others. When I am not at work I spend my time with my camera enjoying photography, time with family, scrapbooking with my daughter, watching my son race cars and chase his dreams. My favorite thing about Idaho is you are not far from anything and there are all types of scenery out our back door.
Doug Martin – Automotive Technician
I have lived in Boise since 1999. I was raised in Emmett. I have been a technician since 2004. I have also worked as a sign builder for 10 years. I am certified in Advanced Hunter Alignment. I have the Hyundai Bronze and Hybrid Certification and am ASE Master Certified. The value I bring to my position is knowledge and determination to fix the problem and make the customer happy. The most important thing about my job is Customer Service. When I am not at work I spent my time riding my bicycle and doing shooting sports. My favorite thing about living in Idaho is the outdoor life.
Travis Hopkins – Automotive Technician
I have lived in Boise since 2012. I was born in Caldwell and raised in Mountain Home. I have worked as a tech since 2005 and I have a Chrysler Level Two certification. I enjoy the challenge of trying to solve problem that other shops could not. The value I bring to my position is the willingness to learn new things to better my work. The most important thing about my job is trying to exceed the customers’ expectations. When I am not at work I spent my time hanging out with friends and working on project cars. My favorite thing about living in Idaho is the diverse climate and great outdoors.
Dennis Wood – Service Advisor
I have lived in Nampa since 2005. I was born and raised in Northern California. I have worked as a technician for 2 years, in a parts department for 15+ years and as a service advisor for 6+ years. The value I bring to my position is the broad scope of the jobs and knowledge that I have. When I am not at work I spent my time with my family and doing anything outdoors when the weather permits. I also enjoy riding motorcycles with my sons. My favorite thing about living in Idaho is the four seasons.
