Here is my honest experience with hopefully little bias and the benefit of the doubt given to Maz-Tech.
I recently brought in my wife's 1999 Honda Accord because there was an odd noise from the rear of the vehicle. Now I thought we had made it clear that there was a suspicious noise the last time we brought it in a couple months prior, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, since maybe we didn't stress that enough for the first time. We asked if we could share the cost for the diagnostic test and they were reluctant at first, but agreed to pay all of it. Wow! That was generous of them. They were going to do multiple other things as well, but my wife and I weighed the costs and decided to just do the diagnostic and a battery service.
Maz-Tech completed the diagnostic and serviced the battery, but also serviced the cooling system, which I thought I made it clear we did not want. Apparently there was poor communication between all of us. Hahaha Well ended up spending $200 over our budget, but I am happy with the technicians' work and they made it all up by giving us a super discount.
Next time I will communicate even better and hope their won't be anything lost in translation. Im my eyes, Maz-Tech's reputation has decreased a little bit, but I will give them a second chance and hope their won't be an error next time. :)
